This year’s food drive, in partnership with Water Street Rescue Mission, would not be possible without the assistance of Quality Digital Office Technology. As a community partner, Quality stepped up to pickup all of the donated food at M&T branches. 

In order to make this food drive a success, we had to arrange logistics for picking up tons of food at all the bank locations. LifePath simply does not have the vehicles or resources to do that work during the long, 6-week period of the drive.  

Quality donated the vehicles and personnel to do weekly pickups at all 22 participating M&T branch locations. That’s 154 pickups over the course of the project.  

The winter months are much more demanding for both shelter and meals for those we serve. That makes this time of year – and the food drive – especially important to stock our food barn with the necessary supplies to meet the need. The drive helps fill the food pantries of both organizations, allowing them to be prepared to provide for the needs of their respective communities. 

Individuals and families are asked to fill bags with non-perishable items (canned fruits, vegetables, soups, tuna and chicken, pasta, rice, etc), and drop the bags at any M&T Bank branch or Turkey Hill store. The drive ends on December 23, 2018.
