Guest Advocate

Provide case management, counseling and support to the LifePath Christian Ministries (LPCM) Men’s Ministry in a way that reflects the vision, values, and purposes of LPCM. Stay current and informed as to the needs of the poor, homeless, mentally ill, needy, and addicted and facilitate the appropriate case management, counseling and services to meet the needs. Establish and/or sustain quality, comprehensive guest advocacy, promoting a culture and environment of integrity, trust, grace, truth, and accountability.

Overnight Shelter Monitor

LifePath Christian Ministries has 2 part-time Overnight Shelter Monitor positions available: one in our Women’s & Family Ministry and one in our Men’s Ministry. Appropriate educational experience is helpful. Duties will include overnight shelter management, intake and monitoring, and duties in support of the residential operation. Must support and embody the mission, vision and values of LPCM; should be computer literate specifically with the Word/Office suites.This is an overnight position with every other weekend and some holiday work required.Requires a pre-employment drug screen.

Part Time Truck Driver

LifePath Christian Ministries has an immediate opening for a PT driver. The right candidate will have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier. Must be knowledgeable of the streets, townships, and interstates of the greater York County area. Must be courteous, conscientious and honest, with good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to safely operate a box truck, lift and load items onto truck for safe transport. Requires a pre-employment screen.
